4 Account Registration & Management

Each player is permitted to holdonly one (1) registered account on the Platform at any time. The existence of multiple accounts — whether registered under different email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document
• A valid and active email address to which you have sole access
• A valid Malaysian mobile number registered in your name
• Your accurate date of birth
• Your current residential address in Malaysia

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. mohd8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account access details. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

5 Deposits & Payments

mohd8 accepts deposits via the following verified Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, and select cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).

All deposits must be funded from payment accounts held in your own name. Depositing funds from accounts belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified on the cashier page and are subject to change at mohd8's discretion.

• Deposits are generally credited to your account immediately or within a few minutes of successful processing.
• mohd8 does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own fees.
• mohd8 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds where the transaction amount or pattern warants additional due diligence.
• Deposits made in currencies other than Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) will be converted at the applicable exchange rate at the time of processing.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be directed to payment accounts registered in your own name and matching the verified details on your mohd8 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5minutes; DuitNow and FPX transfers within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. These timeframes are indicative and may vary during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• All applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied prior to withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests submitted on weekends or public holidays in Malaysia may experience minor processing delays.
• mohd8 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawal requests exceding specified thresholds.
• In the event of suspected fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited activity, mohd8 may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending investigation.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

mohd8 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, birthday bonuses, referal bonuses, and seasonal promotions. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiple is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Validity Period: Bonus funds and any associated free spins must be used within the validity period specified for each promotion. Unused bonuses will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements or may be excluded entirely. Contribution percentages are detailed on each promotion's terms page.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active deposit bonus simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse: mohd8 monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including low-risk betting designed solely to meet wagering requirements. In such cases, mohd8 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winings.
• Birthday Bonus: Birthday bonuses are credited once per calendar year to verified accounts. Tier eligibility is determined by the player's VIP level at the time of their birthday.
• Referral Bonus: Referral bonuses are credited upon the referred player completing a qualifying deposit. Both the referring player and the referred player must have fully verified accounts at the time of credit.

8 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the applicable game rules, sports betting rules, and any special conditions communicated at the time of wagering. Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of any game or betting market before placing a wager.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it is binding and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player, except where explicitly permitted by the rules of a specific game.
• In the event of a technical error during the placement or settlement of a bet, mohd8 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the game interface or betting slip at the time of wagering.
• For live sports betting markets, acceptance of bets is at mohd8's discretion and may be subject to queue-based processing during high-volume events such as EPL fixtures and Liga Super Malaysia matches.
• mohd8 reserves the right to void any bet where the outcome was known to the player at the time of placement, or where the market was suspended due to incomplete or inaccurate data.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following activities will have their account immediately suspended, all associated funds frozen, and may be subject to legal action:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same or different personal details
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or the KYC verification process
• Using the Platform while located in a Restricted Jurisdiction
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with any game or betting market
• Coluding with other players for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes or unfairly exploiting promotional offers
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the Platform
• Abusing the bonus system through systematic low-risk wagering, hedging, or other patterns inconsistent with genuine recreational play
• Attempting to exploit errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform system
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or funds that are the subject of a criminal investigation

10 KYC & Identity Verification

mohd8 is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. As part of this commitment, we conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all registered accounts prior to processing any withdrawal request or upon request at any time during the account lifecycle.

Standard KYC documentation requirements include:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document — MyKad (Malaysian National Identity Card), Malaysian Driver's Licence, or a valid Passport.

KYC reviews are typically completed within 24–48 hours of submission of complete documentation. Accounts with outstanding KYC requirements may have withdrawal capabilities suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.

11 Responsible Gambling

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mohd8, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any service offered thereon
• Any technical malfunction, interruption, or cessation of the Platform's availability
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials
• Any loss of winings, bonus funds, or account balance resulting from platform errors subsequently corrected by mohd8
• Any reliance placed by you on information, content, or materials displayed on the Platform

In jurisdictions where exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental damages is not permitted, mohd8's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permissible by law.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall compilation of such content — is the exclusive property of mohd8 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or creation of derivative works from any Platform content is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of mohd8.

14 Account Suspension & Termination

mohd8 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Discovery of fraudulent, deceptive, or otherwise illegal activity associated with the account
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within the specified timeframe
• Account inactivity exceding twelve (12) consecutive months — subject to applicable dormancy policies
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction relating to the account

Upon account closure, any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the account (net of applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, subject to completion of all outstanding compliance checks.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our24/7 customer support team. Voluntary account closures will be processed within 72 hours of receipt of a written request.

15 Amendments to These Terms

mohd8 reserves the right to revise, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document and in the sidebar. All amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform, unless a specific effective date is stated.

Where a material change is made to these Terms, mohd8 will take reasonable steps to notify affected players via the email address registered to their account. It remains the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically and to familiarise themselves with any changes. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of a dispute, mohd8 and the player shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts for final resolution, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in the player's jurisdiction of residence.
